NORTH EUGENE KITCHEN REMODELER
ABUNDANT STORAGE
Featured here is a kitchen remodel in North Eugene. When Debbie and Rodger teamed up with Castile Kitchen & Bath, they dreamed of working with a Kitchen Remodeler to create a kitchen with an open floor plan and generous amount of storage space. This minor kitchen remodel refreshed their space bringing it back to life while meeting both of their objectives.
The original kitchen offered minimal storage with only a small amount of counter space. Some of the design goals for this project included bringing more natural light into the room, increasing the amount of work surfaces, and maximizing the storage options which included wine storage and a larger pantry.

OPENING UP THE SPACE
To open up the kitchen the island and refrigerator where relocated and corner shelves and desk redesigned along the side of the original pantry. These small changes created a more functional usable space. Creamy white cabinets replace the original dark stained oak ones. The white introduces a modern and bright feel to this space. Wine cubbies, and glass-paneled cabinets along one side of this kitchen bring a simple and elegant touch. The island now centered in the room allows for a larger cabinet, providing more storage while accommodating a polished Solare Quartz countertop bringing abundant work space. This diverse work space is the perfect for any home owner that enjoys cooking or entertaining!

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

Castile Kitchen & Bath is a leading kitchen design company in addition to being a remodeler. The success of this project started with an Initial Client Design Consultation. After entering into a Design Agreement, they then decide on the best functional use of space, discover previously unseen design opportunities, then present the design objectives as seen here. They then moved into the four primary selections of Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring, and Wall Surfaces. Once that is done with, they go to their secondary selections consisting of all other small design details including Lighting, Fixtures, Trim Details, and all final remaining options for the project. Upon final review they finalize a Construction Agreement.
