Meet the Castile Team

Forrest Castile | Owner, CKBR, UDCP, CRD
Forrest Castile is a third-generation craftsman, entrepreneur, and industry thought leader whose work bridges design, leadership, and human growth. Born and raised in Oregon, he moved to Eugene in 1995 and founded Castile Kitchen & Bath two years later. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a respected design/build firm known for its precision, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Guided by a deep commitment to quality and character, Forrest has built more than homes—he’s built trust. His philosophy is simple: a project isn’t complete until it reflects both the client’s vision and the team’s highest standard of excellence. Under his leadership, Castile Kitchen & Bath has become synonymous with design/build done right—transparent, creative, and human-centered.
Beyond the work itself, Forrest is deeply involved in elevating professional standards across the remodeling industry. He teaches and mentors other professionals in marketing, sales, design, and production—helping peers build stronger, more values-driven businesses. Through workshops, roundtables, and credentialing programs, he fosters collaboration, shared learning, and a culture of integrity within the design/build community.
When he’s not leading projects or mentoring peers, Forrest’s favorite place to be is with his kids, Ben and Emma—exploring Oregon’s trails, cooking together, or fixing up old homes. He also values time spent connecting with friends and loved ones, staying grounded in the simple, real moments that make life worth building.
