Recently relocated to Eugene, Linda and Gary were ready to make their mark on the space. Their goal? To design and remodel the bathroom that would feel serene, stylish, and supportive of the way they wanted to live now—and well into the future.

Like many bathrooms in developments, the original layout was uninspired. The design did not reflect comfort, efficiency, or accessibility that the homeowners hoped for. They knew they wanted a better experience, not just visually, but in the way that the space functioned.

From the start, the goal was clear, to design a luxurious bathroom that could also age with them gracefully. The final plan included a tile shower with an optional barrier-free upgrade, a new undermount deck tub, heated floors, a custom vanity, upgraded storage, and even a heated towel bar for comfort and ease.
