Their primary goals were to establish an easy-to-clean, open layout, infuse the space with abundant natural light, and create a timeless feel. Through Castile’s custom design process, the Nelsons not only found a solution but also managed to stay within their budget parameters.

Luxury within the Charm
To achieve a more open feel, the partition wall enclosing the shower was expertly removed. This seemingly small change had a profound impact, allowing for the installation of a larger window that flooded the room with refreshing natural light.
For the bathtub, the Nelsons chose a Neptune Wind Corner Bathtub. Its unique corner design, graceful curved front face, and generous depth make it an ideal choice for smaller bathrooms or for those who relish the luxury of a relaxing bath. The standout feature of the room is the Satin Grey White on White Cultured Marble shower surround, which seamlessly extends from the tub’s edges up the wall, complete with custom recessed shelving for easy organization. The light, textured grey color and satin finish of the surround create an earthy, inviting feel while maintaining the overall brightness of the space.

Topping it all off is a striking “Marina” teal-colored custom backsplash, composed of 3×6″ reef glass tiles in an offset pattern, adding a vibrant burst of color.
