Take a look at this Bathroom Remodel by your Eugene contractor for multi-room project.
Jim & Jessica reached out to Castile Kitchen & Bath for a multi-room remodel project including the guest bathroom, laundry room, and powder room. With regular visits from their children and grandchildren they wanted to update these rooms to be nice for their guests.
After purchasing a new washer and dryer set and getting them installed they learned that the new appliances were larger than the last set which now intruded into the room, making it a tight space to move around. Early in the design process, the Castile team uncovered an open cavity in the garage that could be used to recess the washer and dryer into the wall a full 6 inches. This allowed a stack-able washer and dryer to be installed in the laundry room for better flow and function.
Shaker style Maple cabinets In “Oasis” were then installed in the laundry room, creating a beautiful simple, and natural look. Corian “Rosemary” countertops were then installed with a matching backsplash and an undermount laundry sink, giving this space ample storage and a great work station. Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in “Copano Oak” was installed, providing a waterproof surface and long-lasting durability, making it an ideal selection to use in a space like this.
In the guest bathroom an Americast bathtub by American Standard was installed with a custom tile surround using glazed porcelain tiles, a Pratt & Larson Craftsman Glaze accent band, and tile corner shelves. The forest green accents and natural stone colored tiles set a charming backdrop for the “vertical grain” fir vanity which was finished in clear varnish. The matching slow-close doors and drawers offer accessible storage while making this bathroom feel cozy and comfortable for visiting family and friends.
The same Corian “Rosemary” countertops with matching backsplash was then fabricated and installed with matching undermount sinks, to connect the style and color scheme of the laundry room. Coretec “Peruvian Walnut” LVP flooring provides the perfect finishing touch to tie in the cabinets and trim.
A matching fir vanity was installed in the powder room with a clear finish and slow-close doors and drawers. The same Corian “Rosemary” countertops and undermount sinks were used to create a unified look among the other rooms.
Jim and Jessica enjoyed working with Castile Kitchen & Bath during the design process and were thrilled with the remodel!
