A NEW MASTER BATH
Jon came to Castile Kitchen & Bath of Eugene looking for a Bathroom Remodeler to personalize his Condominium Master Bath. The intention behind the remodel was to open up the space by eliminating the bathtub and wall separating the sink area from the shower room. Castile’s designers also worked with Jon every step of the way, helping him pick out many of the selections for this space including the vanity, flooring, shower tile, toilet, and plumbing fixtures.

BATHROOM REMODELER INVITES YOU TO TAKE A TOUR
A SMALL & CLOSED OFF SPACE
The original space was outdated and lacked character. The Master Bath was generically built as a part of a large community of condominiums. A dividing wall caused the space to feel small and closed off. Work began with a complete demolition of the space, providing a blank canvas for the Castile team.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
Castile Kitchen & Bath is a leading bathroom design company in addition to being a remodeler. The success of this project started with an Initial Client Design Consultation. After entering into a Design Agreement, Castile then decides on the best functional use of space, discovers previously unseen design opportunities, and then present your design objectives as seen here. They move into the four primary selections of Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring, and Wall Surfaces. Secondary selections consist of all other small design details including Lighting, Fixtures, Trim Details, and all final remaining options for your project. Upon final review Castile finalized a Construction Agreement to begin.

The walls were painted in Satin Rhinestone, creating a clean and bright look that remains versatile. Choosing a white base also helps the room to appear larger. Sleek and modern design meets functionality in the California 60” Single Bathroom Vanity with Carrara Marble Top in Royal Blue. Solid wood, dovetail drawers, and slow-close technology make this a luxurious, yet durable choice. Demanding the eye’s attention is Delta Ara Two Handle Widespread Waterfall Faucet in Matte Black. Complete WaterSense Technology, the Delta Ara uses 20% less water without compromising performance. The Matte black fixtures throughout elevate the space with cohesion and class.

An Elegant Eternity Mirror framed in Matte Black brightens the room while adding a dramatic statement to the room. Large mirrors are an excellent choice for maximizing visual impact while giving the illusion that the space is bigger than it appears to be. Two Quoizel Dalton Wall Sconces finished in rich Earth Black frame the mirror and feature an industrial design that provides a warm glow to the Master Bath.

THE FOCAL POINT
The centerpiece of the space is Jon’s new shower. The base of the shower, as well as the bench, is Cultured Marble in Chocolate Fudge while the surround is fully comprised of Westmont Sand 12” x 24” tiles with a large tile cubby. Choosing a full tile surround brings an upscale and inviting look. Tying it all together is the DreamLine Essence sliding glass door in Satin Black. The use of a glass door, rather than a curtain, keeps the space bright and open.
