Bold Lane County Bathroom
Reshaping the bathroom to effectively fit the space.
Featured here is a bathroom remodel created in Eugene’s Lane County. The Stifflers came to Castile Kitchen & Bath looking for a full Master Bath remodel as a part of a larger home renovation. The intentions behind the remodel were to reshape the space by relocating the shower and bathtub, adding a smaller vanity, as well as updating all fixtures, flooring, venting, and lighting. Castile Kitchen & Bath’s team of experts turned this idea into a reality.
Creating a bold statement are walls painted in Bed and Breakfast that contrast beautifully against the ceiling painted in Cloud White. Edimax Slaty Multi-Color Matte Porcelain Tiles and Orbital Tiles in Coastal Mix ground the wall colors. Choosing a pony wall topped with glass instead of a full wall or full glass panel keeps the shower feeling open and spacious while keeping the shower space private.
New Configuration
The original layout lacked overall functionality. Additionally, the dark color palette and oversized fixtures created a confined feeling when using the bathroom. This space was ready for a major refresh and update. To maximize the available space the shower, tub, and vanity were to be relocated.
A DXV Canvas White Freestanding Soaking Tub was chosen bringing elegance to the space, finished with Delta Ara Freestanding Tub Filler and Hand Shower. Created with space in mind, the soaking tub provides depth without sacrificing floor space.

Secondary selections consist of all other small design details including Lighting, Fixtures, Trim Details, and all final remaining options for your project. Upon final review Castile finalized a Construction Agreement to begin.

A Chiseled Marble Vessel Dark Emperador Sink paired with Delta Pivotal Single Handed Vessel Faucet in Matte Black is the focal point of this vanity. Produced by Signature Hardware, each vessel is created uniquely, ensuring it is one of a kind. The stone selection of the vessel pairs perfectly with Bradshaw Polished 3cm Quartz Remnant Countertops. The natural elements create a rich contrast of textures and colors that produce an earthy atmosphere.
Matte Black components throughout are a timeless choice bringing sophistication and cohesion to the space. The look is elevated by the addition of a Delta Universal Shower System. This shower system is not just for looks, it comes complete with H20kinetic® technology. Large water droplets offer a massaging shower experience and are combined with a dense shower spray that equates to a warmer and more consistent shower experience.
